Daily Check-In Thread for June 30th |

30-40 minutes of weightlifting. I'm still using small weights, but my strength is increasing (slowly, but increasing).

1. 12:05 - 8:30 AM. Must sleep earlier (at least by 11). Was late today. (11.5/30 A; 13/30 B)
2. Productive day. Just remember to finish the evening rountine and packing by 10. No questions.
Concerta (36 mg) - Day 64 (9 A, 11 B, 10 C; 30 Days)
Forgot to take the Concerta again. Had another morning rush.
3. Yes. (26.5/30)
