Took me awhile to figure out what my first habbits should be here goes

Habit 1: Wake up early (6:30am or earlier) and take the dog out for a jog, 6 days a week. my trigger will be my alarm clock.

Habit 2: Study for atleast 30 minutes each weekday and 2 hours each day on Saturday and Sunday.

Habit 3: Post here everyday.

Why are you trying to do 3 habits at the time?

In leo book, he says that you should only do on at the time, or it will be easier to fail since there are more you need to change. Or am I wrong in this?

I agree unless it is a habit you are already working on.

Besides my no eating after 9 (which is realtively new) there are other habits I have, that I have in my routine..... I could also add a couple more next month of things I would like to revive... that is they are habits that I have fallen off the wagon some and won't take as much energy to start again..

but if you are starting three new ones --- that is going to be a bit more difficult

After acheiving my first goal of 15 minutes of exercise for 30 days, I will be doing the following this month;

1. Exercise 22 minutes a day every day (mainly cardio with some toning)
2. Study Photoshop 20 minutes a day every day.
